Cumberland Falls Highway Water District has received notice that disconnects for nonpayment can resume on November 6, 2020.  While disconnects for nonpayment have not been done in several months it has always been the responsibility of the account holder to make every attempt to keep their water bill payment up to date as much as possible. If you have a balance that is past due and are unable to pay the balance in full, the person whose name is on the account must bring their bill along with their valid photo ID to the office before October 20, 2020 and sign a payment plan agreement. If no such agreement has been signed the service will be subject to disconnect.  You may call 606-528-0222 if you have any questions regarding this matter.

We have been notified that as of 10-07-2020 our drive thru will be closed down because of the rising number of Covid-19 cases in Whitley County.  If you need to set up a payment agreement please call the office for further instructions on how that can be taken care of.
