What Holidays are you closed?

How do I start service?

To start service, you will need to come into the office with a photo ID, sign a contract, and pay the meter deposit with a service charge fee. Meter Deposits are $110.00 & service charges are $15.00, for a total of $125.00.

How much is a tap fee?

Tap fees are currently $800.00.

When do late fees apply and what is the penalty?

Late fees apply on the 10th of the month at 4pm. The penalty is a 10% fee applied to your bill.

When are utilities cut off?

Cut offs are done on the 20th of the month. If your water is cut-off, there is a $25.00 reconnect fee, the water bill plus the reconnect fee must be paid in order to turn your water back on.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards (except American Express).

What should I do if I need to change my contact information?

If you need to change your address, phone number, email, or general contact information, please reach out to our office at (606) 528-0222.

Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are refundable if your account is in good standing after 1 year from the start of your service.

What should I do if I'm digging on my property?

Call Kentucky811 at 800-752-6007 before you dig or go to www.kentucky811.org and enter a request. KY811 will notify us to come out and mark the lines.
